Originally from Chandler, Arizona, Mark graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Strategic Communications. His education helped shape the consultative approach he brings to lending today, centered around clear communication, transparency and helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the mortgage process.

Before entering mortgage banking, Mark built valuable experience in both insurance and retirement planning, spending several years helping clients understand complex financial products and make strategic decisions for their future. That broader financial background gives him a unique perspective when helping borrowers structure mortgage solutions that align not only with immediate goals, but also long-term financial stability.

Mark specializes in helping clients simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process. Whether guiding first-time buyers, assisting families relocating, or helping borrowers navigate new construction financing, he believes trust is earned through responsiveness, honesty and consistent follow-through. Clients appreciate his ability to explain financing clearly while keeping transactions organized and moving forward efficiently.

Recently relocated to the Raleigh, North Carolina area with his family, Mark has embraced becoming part of the local community. He and his wife of six years stay busy raising their two young children alongside their German Shepherd Husky. As their son has started playing hockey, the family has proudly become Carolina Hurricanes fans and enjoys spending time together supporting the team.

Outside of lending, Mark values faith, family, community involvement and building meaningful relationships that extend beyond the transaction itself.
