She believes that successful mortgage financing starts with listening, understanding each client's circumstances and developing a clear plan to move forward.

Her lending experience includes Conventional, FHA and VA mortgage programs, along with down payment assistance options that can help eligible borrowers overcome some of the financial barriers to homeownership. Amanda particularly enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, taking the time to explain loan requirements, available financing programs and what to expect throughout the mortgage process.
