John began his career in Orange County, California during one of the most volatile interest rate environments in modern history. Starting in FHA and VA lending when rates climbed into double digits, he learned early how to structure resilient, intelligent financing strategies. He later transitioned into a savings and loan institution where he held roles in sales, sales leadership, product development, underwriting authority for jumbo loans, training, and loan servicing. This full-spectrum background allows him to see every transaction from multiple angles.

In addition to lending, John obtained a California Real Estate Appraisal license and has held real estate licenses in both California and Arizona. He has operated as a licensed mortgage broker and worked directly with buyers, builders, and investors. That hands-on real estate exposure gives him a practical understanding of property valuation, construction timelines, and financing structure that goes far beyond textbook knowledge.

John specializes in construction lending, renovation financing, jumbo loans, VA, FHA, DPA programs, and complex non-QM transactions. His strength lies in listening carefully, identifying the real challenge behind the scenario, and creating a clear path forward. John resides in Dewey, Arizona with his wife, Silvia. A proud Green Bay Packers shareholder and lifelong fan, he also enjoys spending time with his eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
